Shipping and Payment Conditions

Prices are valid ex-works, including loading at the factory but excluding packaging, unless otherwise agreed. Value-added tax at the respective statutory rate is added to the prices.

In the absence of a specific agreement, payment is to be made in cash without any deductions at the supplier's payment office as follows: one-third payment upon receipt of the order confirmation.
